2. Yacht Charter Services

Novintra provides luxury yacht rental and private charter services including but not limited to:

• Day Charter – €1,200 / day
• Sunset Cruise – €850 / evening
• Weekend Yacht Escape – €2,800 / 2 days
• Weekly Private Charter – from €7,500 / week
• Event & Party Yacht – from €2,000 / event
• Luxury Catamaran Experience – €1,600 / day
• Custom route planning and destination services
• Professional crew and captain services

3. Booking and Payment

All yacht charters must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment terms vary by charter type:

• Day charters: Full payment required at booking
• Multi-day charters: 50% deposit required, balance due 30 days before departure
• Weekly charters: 30% deposit required, balance due 60 days before departure
• Event charters: 50% deposit required, balance due 14 days before event
• All prices include VAT and basic insurance
• Additional services (catering, fuel, port fees) may apply

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by charter type and timing:

• Day charters: 48-hour notice required for full refund
• Multi-day charters: 14-day notice required for 75% refund
• Weekly charters: 30-day notice required for 50% refund
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
• No-show: No refund provided
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

5. Customer Responsibilities

Charter guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate passenger information and special requirements
• Arriving on time for scheduled departures
• Following safety instructions from crew members
• Respecting yacht facilities and equipment
• Paying for additional services as agreed
• Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
• Following local maritime regulations and customs
• Providing valid identification when required

• Providing well-maintained, safe yachts and equipment
• Employing qualified, experienced crew members
• Maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage
• Following all maritime safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Ensuring clean, comfortable accommodations
• Offering professional route planning and navigation

7. Safety and Liability

Safety is our top priority. While we maintain comprehensive insurance and follow strict safety procedures, guests participate in yacht charters at their own risk. Novintra is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or damage caused by weather conditions beyond our control. All guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times.

8. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or modify charters due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons. In such cases, we will offer full refunds or rescheduling at no additional cost. Weather decisions are made by our experienced captains based on current conditions and forecasts.
